DietCalc is a Stand-Alone Utility Program. Based on the premise of "Budgeting" what you eat like you budget your money, DietCalc allows you to enter several variables. Specifically, How many meals you wish to eat per day, How many total Calories you eat per day, and the way you want to break your daily meals down by Protein, Carbs, and Fats (i.e. a meal consisting of 20% Protein, 70% Carbohydrates, and 10% Fats).
